In a shocking incident, the house of Brazilian football sensation Neymar’s girlfriend and social media influencer Bruna Biancardi, located in Cotia, Sao Paulo, was targeted by criminals in an attempted robbery. According to reports from R7 newspaper, the intruders, armed and dangerous, had invaded the house with the intention of finding Neymar’s girlfriend and their newborn daughter, Mavie. Fortunately, at the time of the incident, both were not present in the house.
The assailants, numbering three in total, included two armed men. Upon entering the house, they confronted Biancardi’s parents and restrained them before making off with a haul of luxurious bags, watches, and jewelry, all in a mere 25 minutes, as reported by The Sun.
After fleeing the scene, the elderly couple promptly alerted the authorities, providing them with CCTV footage that could potentially aid in tracking down the criminals, including details of the vehicle they used.
According to the Municipal Civil Guard (MCG), one of the suspects has already been apprehended, while the other two managed to escape following the attack. The MCG further disclosed that the apprehended individual is known to be a resident of the same condominium as the Biancardis, raising suspicions of his involvement in facilitating the invasion, as reported by The Sun.
In the aftermath of the harrowing incident, Bruna Biancardi took to her social media to share her experience with her followers. She posted, “Reassuring the friends, family, and all of you who follow me here that this morning they robbed my house and took my parents hostage. Me, Mavie, and my sister no longer reside there and are safe at the moment.” She also added, “Thank God, everyone is okay. Material possessions can be replaced; the most important thing is that everyone is well.”
Neymar also addressed the incident on his Instagram story, stating, “There was the attack that Bruna’s parents suffered, but thank God everyone is safe!”
