Natalia Dyer, the actress who reprises the role of Nancy Wheeler on the Netflix original show, has now disclosed recently that the fourth season of Stranger Things is going to have more episodes that people, as well as they themselves, have thought earlier.
A news media outlet called The Hollywood Reporter asked the actress if the new installment of the series is going to comprise of nine episodes and she says it looks like that is exactly the case. This confirmation from Natalia Dyer comes exactly after a month when the writers who have penned down the script of the fourth season have shared a picture of the finished scripts last month and guess what, there were nine of them.
Natalia also stressed on the fact that the pandemic has provided the writers with ample space to think and craft a perfect script!
All the audience witnessed that the first and the third season of Stranger Things had just eight episodes while the second one had nine. Maybe the guys are trying to set a legacy for the show here by putting up nine-episode for every season whose number is even. Well, this is just a personal thought.
Natalia Dyer further went on to reveal the fact that this pandemic which has been created by the fatal Corona Virus could actually prove to a blessing in disguise for all the writers because it has helped them all in writing as well as finishing all the scripts in a very timely manner. Stranger Things was already provided with a green light for a fresh batch of episodes that would be put under the label of a fourth season back in November of 2019.
