The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that a 17 years old teen whose name is Jamal Voss was detained in link to a shooting in Brownsville that left a pregnant lady and her unborn baby dead and many others wounded, according to the source.
On Thursday, the 17 years old Jamal Voss was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force in Memphis, according to the source.
The 17 years old teen appeared in court the same day and was accused of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
The judge of the court did not give and any kind of bail to the teen. He does not have any defender regarding this case, according to the police report, which is obtained by the source.
A source reported in early December that the fatal shooting occurred around 9 p.m. at the Creekwood Manor Apartments in the 100 blocks of Tammbell.
According to the information received by the sources, the 24 years old woman whose name is Alexis Branch was eight months pregnant and fatally killed by the 17 years old teen, and she was declared dead where the scene happened along with her unborn infant.
The 24 years old woman’s 8-year-old daughter was harshly injured in the shooting and has face paralysis over much of her body. The additional adult family member faces non-life threatening wounds, according to the source.
