A 47-year-old man was detained on suspicion of attack with a fatal weapon on Thursday.
According to a police report given by the sources, the man deliberately crashed his vehicle into a man who was begging in Palmdale.
The driver is known as Creg Sullivan
According to the information which is provided by the sources, Los Angeles County sheriff’s officers were sent to the junction of 10th Street West and Avenue O-8 soon following 1:15 p.m. in answer to calls about a walker who was struck by a vehicle.
A bystander revealed to the police that the driver of a vehicle, later known by police as Creg Sullivan, was involved in a dispute outside his car with a beggar on the road, according to the details provided by the sources.

According to a witness, ultimately, the car driver got back into his vehicle, and the man stood in front of the car with his hands on the hood.
The sheriff’s officials revealed that Sullivan accelerated, hitting the man, who rolled over the hood and fell onto the road. Sullivan drove off.
The officials could not quickly confirm whether the walker sustained any wounds. Officers arrested the car driver about an hour later at a house in Palmdale.
According to jail records, the driver is being held instead of a $30,000 bail.
