A lawsuit has been filed against Dan Brown, the author of the Wai Vinci Code, form his ex-wife, Belief Brown. The couple had been married for 21 years before divorcing in 2019. Ballet was assisted by a lot of work that went into writing Brown’s remarkable series with Brown Langdon.
Belief Brown sued Author Dan Brown!
Brown is being sued by his ex-wife, who alleges that the author lived a secret second life during their two-decade marriage. Blythe takes credit for inspiring Brown’s work and even finding the basis for the novels.
She also accused Brown of keeping future projects away from her, that is, a television series. Surprisingly though, these accusations were not even from the trial. Belief also claims that her ex-husband led an affair with an unnamed horse trainer, bought her various gifts, including genuine horses, and even secretly funded her business.
The lawsuit says: “Dan has lived a proverbial life of lies for at least the past six years, he seems to symbolize a world-renowned novelist who lives an ordinary life in his home state of New Hampshire, while in fact, he was something different”.
“Dan Brown’s” made a statement against the allegations!
The author responded to his allegations, claiming that he was “shocked”. He said in a statement: “For reasons known only to her and possibly to her attorney, Bailey Brown has made through this lawsuit a vengeful and fictional account of the aspects of our marriage that was designed to harm and embarrass me”.
The author accepted most of his ex-wife’s claims, noting clearly that he never lied to her about his finances, and even cited the fact that she would go after their divorce. The half ended up with assets.
It will be interesting to see if there is any impact that these allegations have on Brown’s career. Dan Brown currently teaches an online master class on writing thrillers and has several projects in progress. His children’s book Wild Symphony is scheduled to be released on September 1, and NBC is presenting his book The Lost Symbol on the television series Langdon.
Dan Brown’s past works!
Dan Brown has published five books in the series starring the symbologist, which started in 2000 with Angels and Demons. The series follows Langdon as it is shrouded in the events of various secret societies and solves puzzles based primarily on symbols contained in Christianity.

The author is no stranger to controversy, as the religious themes present in these novels have angered religious authorities.
