Spider-Man fans would love to see him get back with his contemporaries Peter Parker, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield as a role Tom Holland does on its own. After the animated film Spider-Verse, which introduces the concept of several Spideys to the audience, the union of the three wall crawlers does not seem to be so far-fetched. And Sony seems to be keen on the idea.
Amazing Spider-Man Franchise
According to our sources –the ones that Marvel has told Daniel Radcliffe that he is waiting for Moon Knight and Taskmaster will be Black Widow’s main villain –Sony is unusual to take a live Spider-Verse film. And indeed, the plan would be for Holland, Maguire, and Garfield to appear. Interestingly, however, we hear that the studio concentrates in particular on involving Garfield again. Perhaps you feel that after you cut off his Amazing Spider-Man franchise when you signed a deal with Marvel to reboot the character in the MCU?
While not all of this is the Amazing Duology, Garfield has always been a favorite fan, with many feeling he was overlooked unfairly for Maguire and Holland. In the past, the British actor has made it clear that he has played the underdog and had to fight corporate intervention before being unceremoniously replaced. This would mean a lot to the fans of the actor and perhaps the man himself if he were invited back.
Andrew Garfield’s Spiderman Character
An action-live verse of Spider was, of course, speculated before, so it is not just our sources that suggest it could happen. Furthermore, Sony’s Amy Pascal has made it clear publicly that such a project is undoubtedly an option. Honestly, if they can bring all three stars together to make the movie, they must be nuts not to pursue it because it will surely raise a lot of money and go down as the 10th anniversary of Spider-Man.
At least, seeing Garfield come back in some way, as Spider-Man would make many people happy. And, while what eventually will come to pass remains to be seen, the mind begins to us from the same sources, who also said that Tom Holland is now in talks for a Venom 2 cameo and John Cena in Fast & Furious 9 play Dom’s brother, both of which are real. We have no reason to doubt it, therefore.
